Orders and Payment

Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FREQUENTFLYERS CLOTHING LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to respond within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
