Yes. We offer easy 30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason. We will send a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for return. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately — we will make it right.

Each product page includes a Size Chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. To find your best fit: measure your chest at the fullest point, your natural waist, and your hips at the fullest part. Compare these measurements to the chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a fitted look. You can also contact us for personalized fit advice.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We accept payments via PayPal, which also allows you to pay with major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — without needing a PayPal account. All payments are processed securely through PayPal's encrypted platform.

Yes. All transactions are processed through PayPal's industry-leading secure payment platform. We never store your credit card or payment information on our servers. Our site uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by emailing [email protected] with your order number. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and we cannot guarantee changes. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned once received.

Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington DC. We are working on expanding international shipping in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will promptly send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

We do not currently offer gift cards or gift wrapping services. However, you can purchase items as gifts using any shipping address. For special packaging requests, please note them in your order or contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate.
