Our Return Commitment
At MUN Europe, operated by FREQUENTFLYERS CLOTHING LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed — no signs of use
- In original condition with all original tags attached
- In original packaging or similar protective packaging
- Free from odors, pet hair, and any alterations
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Accessories such as belts, scarves, and bags that show signs of use
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Ship the item back using the prepaid return label we provide (label cost deducted from refund) or your own carrier
- Include your order number and RMA number on the outside of the package
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return initiation steps above and specify that you would like an exchange along with your preferred size/color. Exchanges ship free of charge.
If the desired item is not available, we will process a full refund instead.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card)
- Please allow additional time (3–5 business days) for your bank or card issuer to post the credit
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at your choice.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email:
- Check your bank account or PayPal account again
- Contact your bank or card issuer — posting can take additional time
