MUN Europe, operated by FREQUENTFLYERS CLOTHING LLC, is committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This policy explains our shipping options, timeframes, and procedures.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Options

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington DC via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $75 or more (before taxes). This offer applies to domestic orders only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website:

  • UPS: ups.com/track
  • FedEx: fedex.com/track

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. We ship to all 50 US states and Washington DC only. We hope to expand our shipping reach in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO boxes for Express and Overnight orders. Standard shipping to PO boxes is available via USPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delays and Issues

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather events, holidays, or high demand periods. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
  2. Wait 24–48 hours as packages can sometimes be marked as delivered early
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. If unresolved, contact us at [email protected]

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can update the address if your order has not yet been shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
